This forest elephant named Tomas by the WCS researchers at Ivindo National Park came to feed on the special grasses growing next to our tent. He gave ample signs of warning for the overly anxious photographer such as myself

The lighting was pretty bad on this day....we were deep in the jungle, with out a tripod....but I still like the way her face is captured.
